Natural 4.66cts Unheated Sapphire
An extremely rare type of sapphire changes color under different light. In natural light they appear blue, and in artificial light they appear violet. Much of the value of color change sapphires depends on the strength of this shift in color.
This large, extremely rare sapphire is a beautiful light blue, changing to light violet. The unique octagonal shape in a brilliant cut is very eye clean. This gem was mined in Madagascar. This natural and exotic sapphire has not been heat treated.
